Samantha was left abandoned in a house in Sistersville. She had no food and what water she did have was frozen. There was no heat in the house she was abandoned in. She was left in there by herself for weeks with no food. When I met the police to get her her hip bones and spine were sticking out like you would not believe. Even though everything she has been through she is sweetest and deserves a good home.She loves car rides loves to play fetch and tug of war she she also potty & crate trained .Please give this little girl a chance to warm your heart like she has ours.
