Hi, I’m Emmy,

Short story is I was rescued because my family thought I was sick and put me outside to die. I was not really sick I was so infested with fleas they had sucked just about all my blood out. When the lady picked me up she did not know if I would make it. Once they got all the fleas off me and gave me a little medical attention, I recovered very quickly. I am very grateful that I’m here at the Olive Branch, but I would really love to have my own family.  I just love people so much I want them all to myself, so I guess I would really like to be the only pet in the household.  I love to play, but I’m also very cuddly and would make a fantastic lap dog. I think I would perhaps do best in home with older people or a single young person. I’m not ruling out a family with kids it just depends on the ages of the children. I’m small and do not need a lot of room, so I’d be ideal for a small house or apartment, that is if they allow pets.
