Hi, my name is Max. I am what is refered to as a teddy bear dog. My fur sister Betsy and I are here looking for our forever homes. Our owner was unable to keep us due to medical reasons. I love to be near my humans, so I am happy either snuggling on your lap, laying near you, or following you as you go about your day. I'm a sweet little guy with a big personality! I have a little bit of a skin issue that appears to be due to a flea infestation, which is under control. I had a spa day soon after I arrived. A bath and new haircut did wonders for me. I seem to get along with most small dogs. I would love a meet and greet with any dogs you have in your home to make sure we are a good fit. I love to bark at the cats out the window, but when we are face to face, they terrify me! I have been neutered, vaccitated, flea treated, and dewormed.
