Hello, my name is Phoebe. My owners couldn't keep me, so I came to the Olive Branch to find a new home. I'm one of the cutest bundles of fluff you will ever see! I'm just a baby, so we are working on all of that stuff, like house training, leash walking, and general manners. I am a pretty active girl and love to play! Once I've worn off my energy, I am just as happy to snuggle with you for a good long nap! I've been with some of the smaller dogs here, and do just fine.
