Hi, I'm Otis. I am what is considered a special needs dog. I was diagnosed with a heart murmer and will have to take medication for the rest of my life.  I am also a very sweet boy and total love bug. My favorite place is a nice cozy lap... and belly rubs? Heaven! I am a bit shy at first, but I'm quick to warm up to you. I adore treats, but those things they call toys? I'm not really sure what they are, and the aqueeky ones? Scared me half to death. I am pretty much indifferent to cats, seem to get along withh other dogs. I have been neutered, fully vaccinated, and am heartworm/Lyme disease negative. So all in all, I'm ready to go.
