Billiter Neglect case
Kyle came from a very bad case of neglect. He is a great dog, but understandbly so he is very shy but adjusting to have someone love on him and make sure he has food and play time. He loves to walk on a leash. He was with 2 other dogs, so other dogs don't seem to bother him. He is current on vaccinations, heartworm test neg and started on heartworm preventative.
