Oliver is a very nice dog. He was a stray that a person found on his property. He kept Oliver for over a year trying to find the owner. This owner was unable to keep him due to financial problems. Oliver is a very easy going dog, loves to walk, he was tied outside, while inside his kennel he hasn't gone potty, he goes to his outside area. Won't you consider him a loving home?
